Meet Yourself is a two-day live, experiential workshop for women to explore a powerful question:
How much of who you are today is actually you—and how much is who you learned to be?
Over two live days, we'll explore the identities, beliefs and protective ways of being you've accumulated through your experiences—and begin creating space to recognise what is actually yours underneath them.
