Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy applies to coaching sessions, mentorship programs, workshops, live programs, and other services offered by Akashic Alkemion, operated by Renuka Ranjan.
By booking or purchasing a service from Akashic Alkemion, you acknowledge and agree to the cancellation and rescheduling terms outlined below.
1. Individual Coaching Sessions
If you need to cancel or reschedule an individual coaching session, please provide at least 24 hours' notice before the scheduled session.
Requests received at least 24 hours before the session may be rescheduled to another available date and time.
Sessions cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed without prior notice, may be considered used and will not be eligible for a refund or replacement session, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
2. Coaching and Mentorship Programs
If you wish to discontinue or cancel your participation in an ongoing coaching or mentorship program, you must notify Akashic Alkemion in writing at:

Any cancellation request will be handled in accordance with:

The terms communicated at the time of enrollment;

The applicable Client Agreement, where one has been signed;

The Akashic Alkemion Refund Policy; and
-
Applicable law.
Once a coaching or mentorship program has commenced, payments already made are non-refundable except as provided in the Refund Policy or where otherwise required by applicable law.
3. Scheduling Sessions Within a Program
Where a coaching or mentorship program requires sessions to be booked in advance, clients are responsible for scheduling their sessions according to the booking requirements communicated for that program.
Certain programs may require a longer advance-booking period because preparation is required before the session.
Any program-specific scheduling requirements will be communicated to the client as part of their onboarding or Client Agreement.
4. Workshops, Masterclasses and Live Group Programs
Cancellation requests for workshops, masterclasses, and other live group events should be submitted at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time, unless different cancellation terms are stated on the relevant registration or sales page.
Requests received after this period may not be eligible for a refund.
Once a workshop, masterclass, or live program has commenced, cancellation does not entitle the participant to a refund.

5. Cancellation by Akashic Alkemion
If Akashic Alkemion needs to cancel or reschedule a booked session, workshop, or other service, affected clients will be notified as soon as reasonably possible.
Where possible, an alternative date or replacement service will be offered.
If Akashic Alkemion permanently cancels a paid service and is unable to provide a suitable alternative, the customer may request a refund in accordance with our Refund Policy.
Eligible refunds will be initiated within 5–7 business days of approval.
