For years, I explored the molecular structures that sustain life. I studied proteins, cells, and metabolites. I was involved in decoding the language of biology through the lens of science. Yet even at the peak of my academic journey, something felt really wrong with me. Even though I was 'working hard' and did everything that was 'needed' from my side (or so I thought), I ended up being emotionally broken and burntout, as I was drastically misaligned from my true self. I used to ignore my intuition, was operating from lack, and gave away my power to everything outside of me.
