This Refund Policy applies to services, coaching sessions, mentorship programs, workshops, courses, digital products, and other offerings purchased from Akashic Alkemion, operated by Renuka Ranjan.

By purchasing a service or program from Akashic Alkemion, you acknowledge and agree to the refund terms outlined below.

1. Coaching and Mentorship Programs

Our coaching and mentorship programs involve reserved professional time, preparation, personalized work, resources, and program materials.

Once a coaching or mentorship program has commenced, payments already made are non-refundable, except where:

• Akashic Alkemion cancels the service and is unable to provide a suitable alternative;

• A duplicate or erroneous payment has been made and verified;

• A refund is specifically provided for under the terms of the purchased offering or Client Agreement; or

• A refund is required under applicable law.

Where a program is purchased through an installment or payment plan, the payment and refund terms communicated at enrollment and/or contained in the applicable Client Agreement will apply.

2. Individual Sessions

Payments for individual sessions are non-refundable once the session has been completed.

A session cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice may be moved to another available date in accordance with our Cancellation Policy.

Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed without notice, will be considered used and will not be eligible for a refund, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

3. Workshops, Masterclasses and Live Group Programs

Once a workshop, masterclass, event, or live group program has commenced, the registration fee is non-refundable.

Where a specific offering provides a different refund window or refund condition, those terms will be communicated to the customer before purchase and will apply to that offering.

4. Digital Products and Resources

Digital products, downloadable resources, recordings, meditations, guides, courses, and other immediately accessible digital content are non-refundable once access has been provided or the material has been delivered, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

5. Duplicate or Incorrect Payments

If you believe you have been charged more than once for the same transaction or an incorrect amount has been charged, please contact us at renukaranjan@akashicalkemion.com.

Once the payment error has been verified, any applicable refund will be initiated within 5–7 business days.

6. Services Cancelled by Akashic Alkemion

If Akashic Alkemion cancels a paid service and is unable to provide a suitable rescheduled date or alternative service, the customer will be eligible for a refund for the affected service.

Where a refund is applicable, it will be initiated within 5–7 business days.

7. Refund Processing Timeline

Where a refund request has been approved, Akashic Alkemion will initiate the refund within 5–7 business days of approval.

Where possible, refunds for online payments will be returned to the original payment method.

After a refund has been initiated, the time required for the amount to appear in the customer's account may vary depending on the bank, card issuer, payment gateway, or other payment provider.

8. How to Request a Refund

• Your full name

• Email address used for the purchase

• Name of the service or program purchased

• Date of payment

• Transaction or invoice details, where available

• Reason for the refund request

We aim to acknowledge refund requests within 2 business days.
